worn in the 70's for grand  son's wedding
in exc cond, nice thing about this you can wash it. which it will need has been in a plastic shield bag since then
it is 16 1/2
it is a very comfy dress light light chiffon nice little details near waist (pleats) nice flowing pleated bottom you will float in it!!!
