Gorgeous Tadashi Shoji Mother Of The Bride/Mother Of The Groom dress in size 14. It is an illusion crew neckline (I wore my regular bra with this), and it has gorgeous short sleeves and a taupe color underneath the navy. It is a back zipper closure, and there is a navy ribbon waist detail. It is covered in sequined lace. It is a sheath/column style, with a tiny train in back. It has not been altered at all. I am 6’1” and the dress was the perfect length. You may have to alter it if you’re shorter.
Dress is navy blue with taupe underneath, smoke-free and has been dry cleaned and taken care of. Only worn once as mother of the groom. I bought it for 8.00 (not including tax).
As with my first son’s wedding, I spent months trying to find my perfect dress. I felt beautiful in the dress. It was perfect for a 9/4 wedding day that was fairly warm. It honestly could be worn any time of year. Another one-of-a-kind dress that I received SO MANY compliments on!
