    Description

    Set of two, antique, iridescent, clear, carnival glass lamp shades from the 1910's. Manufactured by Jefferson Glass Co. with a patent date of January 16, 1912. Made of very thick, heavy, crystal-like glass with multi-faceted, rounded, jewel style design on the top section, and a connected, prism style design on the bottom section. Glass is iridescent although it is hard to see in some of the photos. Both shades are embossed "Jefferson Glass" and "Pat Jan 16, 1912" around the collar. They measure approximately 6" tall and 4.75" wide. The collar opening is approximately 1.5" wide, and the outside edge of the collar is approximately 2.25" wide. Each shade weighs approximately 2 lbs. No chips or cracks. One shade has a rough spot on the inside edge of the collar. Please view all photos as part of the description.
