This is a brand new with tags floor-length formal dress in royal blue, size 24W.  Could be used as an evening or holiday gown, or for a mother-of-the-bride/groom, bridesmaid, or prom.  A-line/princess style with scoop neck, half sleeves, zipper back with keyhole button.  Lace bodice and sleeves are beautifully embellished with sequins and tiny beads.  Skirt is charmeuse (feels like silk) with chiffon overlay.  Decorative sash included as well as replacement sequins.  Straight hem can easily be shortened if necessary.  (MSRP 5)
