The gown is sheer from the waist to the top of the gown, but the are floral appliqués from the waist to half way up the bust line. There are sequins starting at the waistline going upward toward the neckline. The sequins are not over powering the gown. The gown has a scoop neckline. The gown has cap sleeves. From the waist to the floor the gown is made from chiffon. The gown does have a lining. The price for the gown was 0. Just a reminder gowns typically run small.
